What time should I arrive at the reception?

There will be a private invite-only ceremony at our home that will end before the Social Hour begins. Please do not arrive on-site before 4:30 pm the day of the wedding. Your Wedding invitation will specify ceremony & reception details or reception only details.

YES, this is a family event.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a hotel block reserved at EverSpring Inn under Vos/Deling wedding in Marshall, MN. A bus shuttle will bring you to and from our home from this hotel. You are welcome to stay at other hotels/Airbnbs/VRBOs in Marshall, but you will need to meet at the EverSpring hotel parking lot for the bus shuttle pick up/drop off location.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, Kjergaard Koaches bus shuttle company will be shuttling people to the social hour from EverSpring hotel in Marshall starting at 4:30pm. They will come back to pick up guests again at 5:00 pm and more as requested. The hotel will have a sign and contact info for the bus driver in the lobby. The bus will shuttle back guests to the EverSpring hotel at any time throughout the evening until after the dance has ended (midnight). There are Marshall taxi services if you stay at different lodging in town.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

We have parking on-site at our residence in our yard. If our yard is full you may also park on the side of the road leading up to our property. It is a gravel road that is a dead end road with no other residents/passerby traffic. We will have a golf cart on site to get you from/back to your vehicle if you park further away.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Midwest casual dressy. Leave the sweatpants and yoga pants at home. Hats & boots always acceptable.
