Here is a general outline and rough estimate of what our day will look like!
Guest Arrival - 2:30 pm
Ceremony - 3:00 - 4:00 pm
Cocktail Hour (Coffee Cart) - 4:00 - 5:30 pm
(During Cocktail Hour Charlie and I will be taking photos and will have a Coffee Cart available for drinks! Also during this time, we will be taking photos with all our guests!) :)
Eating Dinner 5:30 - 6:30 pm
Reception and Dessert 6:30 - 7:30 pm
First Dances 7:30 - 8:00 pm
Dancing 8:00 - 9:30 pm (Things may change for this time due to the weather! it may be cold so we will have to be flexible with where we are located for dancing:)
Send off - 9:30 pm
Cleanup - 9:30 pm

Semi-Formal: think suits and cocktail dresses. We prefer that you wear tones like brown, black, rust, tan, champagne, or gold—black is always a safe and timeless choice! And looks good on EVERYONE 😀 We ask that you avoid wearing white or anything too close to it.
There will be a small meal provided, as well as snacks, dessert, and warm beverages to keep you warm in our Colorado fall weather!
