FAQs

If you have any other questions or want to plan a camping spot please contact Charlie at 208-308-0327
Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

The nearest hotel is The Prairie Inn 20 miles south of the ceremony located in Fairfield. There are some Airbnb's closer to the ceremony listed on our Travel page of this website. We recommend camping to be closer. Airbnb's may be booked out quick because it is busy season.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 9th so that we can plan for the correct amount of guests.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

If you are camping at the ceremony location please contact Charlie, 208-308-0327 with your arrival time. First come first serve camping spots. Guests planning to stay elsewhere or leave after the wedding should arrive 1:30 pm at the earliest so that we have time to set up for the ceremony.

Question

Is there cell phone service?

Answer

No. The nearest place to get service is almost 7 miles south of the ceremony location at the summit with the cattle guard that you pass on the way to the wedding.

Question

Is there running water?

Answer

No. Our cabin does not have a well. So no showers or sinks. We will have plenty of bottled water for everyone.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cowboy Attire; wear sundresses, floral prints, dark blue jeans, straw hats, button down shirts. The dance floor is grass, so maybe rethink stilettos. Later on in the evening it may get chilly. Bring jackets, blankets and comfy campfire clothes to change in to.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Of course! The more the merrier. Please contact Emy, 208-669-2812, if you are not able to RSVP your date/guest online. We can add people as long as its by the due date of August 9th.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! This is a family event. There will be soft drinks and beer provided. Will be food and music. Be aware there is a creek running through the property and wildlife, so keep track of the kids. Also be aware that at dark it does still get cold out. Bring your kids extra clothes, blankets, sunscreen and mosquito spray. If you have kids that you want to RSVP online with your family, please contact Emy (208-669-2812). Please RSVP everyone attending with you so that we can provide enough food and accommodations.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are not asking for gifts. Please refer to our registry page on this website. Thank you!
