Mike and Sarah Beurskens welcome you to join us for food and drinks the night before the wedding! A dinner buffet catered by Joey's Pasta House and beer and wine will be provided. This event will be casual and you are welcome to pop in at any time. Please RSVP so we can ensure we have enough food and drinks for everyone! The lodge is a 6 minute drive from Woodcliff Hotel and there is plenty of parking available.

Cocktail Attire: Suits and ties and gowns, pantsuits, or cocktail dresses are welcome. The venue does not allow denim.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm, so please arrive by 3:45pm to ensure you have time to get seated. The event will take place outdoors in the garden of the estate, weather permitting. If it rains, it will take place inside the museum. If you're interested, you may visit the museum and learn about the history of Rochester, photography, and cinema before the ceremony! 5:15 pm - 11:30 pm

Cocktail hour on the veranda runs from 5:15pm-6:15pm. Dinner will be served around 6:40pm. The open bar will run until 11:15pm and after it will turn into a cash bar. The bar will be cash tip all night. There is plenty of parking at Monroe Golf Club and you are welcome to leave your car overnight! We want to ensure everyone can have fun at the reception while also getting home safely, so we are providing vouchers that can be applied to Uber rides from Monroe Golf Club after the reception. The code is rydswxjrzxz, and this is available to all guests, not just guests staying at the Woodcliff Hotel.
