The Stanley Hotel

The historic Stanley Hotel provides a great variety of rooms. From beautiful rooms to condos to houses. Transportation will be provided from the Stanley Hotel to the Black Canyon Inn. We have blocked rooms in the The Lodge at the Stanley and The Aspire at the Stanley. We suggest that guests book through our wedding block by calling the main reservation line at (970) 577-4000 and indicating that they want to reserve under "Cathy Robison's block".

The Holiday Inn (formerly the Ridgeline)

Just three miles from Rocky Mountain National Park, The Ridgeline Hotel Estes Park, Ascend Hotel Collection delivers an elevated vacation experience — in more ways than one. Neighboring Lake Estes, this family-friendly hotel puts you right in the middle of the action in downtown Estes Park. Transportation will be provided from the Ridgeline Hotel to the Black Canyon Inn.

Black Canyon Inn

The Black Canyon Inn consists of privately owned condos and log cabins. We recommend booking at the Inn for large parties. There are a limited number of condos and log cabins so please book early! Located on the same property as the venue.

Denver International Airport

For Guests Flying In: We recommend flying into Denver International Airport Estes Park, CO is about an hour and twenty-minute drive from the airport. We recommend renting car and/ or car pooling to get to Estes Park.

Rental Car

Rental Cars at DIA

We suggest renting a car to get to Estes Park and if planning to explore RMNP. We also suggest printing/ saving directions as service can be spotty in the mountains.
