55 minutes from Florence, 30 min from Siena, 25 min from Arezzo. The local village with stores, restaurants and other amenities is about 1 Km from the Villa.
- Directions -
If you will follow Google to arrive at the house, when you will be near the house you will see a big brown sign ( Il Prato ) , take the small road on the right and at the end of the road there is the house.

We will have a rental car and are happy to pick anyone up from the train station if needed.
