Yes, there will be a bus leaving the hotel at 1:45PM to arrive at the Farm. There will also be a trip back to the hotel planned to leave 'Round Midnight

Yes! Plenty of free parking on the farm.

Answer

Ceremony is outdoor on the lawn. Cocktail hour is al fresco with live music and lawn games. Dinner is seated in a walled tent Catered by Fogo de Chao. Plenty of vegetarian options. Dancing from 8-10ish on the dance floor with the musical stylings of Myra and the Moonshiners!
