When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than August 15th, 2026. If you need to RSVP or update the members in your party after that date, please contact Dustin or Charlie directly. You can email the wedding email at banks.hayner.wedding@gmail.com.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We are delighted to welcome children to join us for the ceremony. For the reception, we kindly request that guests be age 13 or older. We are currently exploring childcare options for children under 13, and will share additional details as they become available.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

While there are several hotels within a short driving distance, we highly encourage you to consider booking your stay at YMCA Trout Lodge in one of their several lodging options. Can I bring a date or additional guests?
