What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts promptly at 7pm so we recommend arriving between 6:30-6:45pm

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The wedding is black tie optional. Festive attire is encouraged!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will have a shuttle from the Embassy Suites to the Dr. Phillips Center. The last shuttle will leave at 6:30 pm. The Grand Bohemian and Aloft are within walking distance from the venue.

Is there parking onsite?

Answer

We will have complimentary valet parking at Dr. Phillips Center. You can leave your car overnight if you plan to indulge in the bar; you will just pick your keys up from security on New Year's Day!
