FAQs

The Wedding Website of Trevor Scheiderer and Charley Ukwubiwe
Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

An exquisite fusion of Nigerian opulence and Western elegance, tailored for an intimate reception in a historic East Coast American mansion. Think deep, rich colors, jewel tones, and fabrics that match the grandeur of the walnut walls and toasty fireplace.

Question

Is there an aso ebi (Nigerian outfit uniformity)?

Answer

Yes. Charley and Trevor both have communicated with their designated aso ebi groups. Older female relatives and close friends of Mother of the Bride, Chief Mrs. Margaret Iwuagwu-Ukwubiwe, are also asked to wear a dark shade of green lace, preferably darker than forest green.

Question

Can I bring a plus one or a group of friends?

Answer

If your plus one or party has not already been included in your invitation, they unfortunately cannot attend due to the capacity of our venue. The wedding is by invitation only. Entry is limited to addressed individuals invited by the bride and groom only.

Question

Can I bring my children?

Answer

With the exception of children requested to be a part of our wedding ceremony, please note this will be an adults-only celebration.

Question

What is the best mode of transportation?

Answer

Via vehicle. Venue parking is highly accessible and your own car, an Uber, a rental, or car pooling would work best.

Question

When does the wedding reception end?

Answer

The party ends promptly at 9:30 pm EST.
