After 23 years of marriage Charles asked Vickie to marry him AGAIN!! Despite all the ups and downs throughout the years, a renewed love and commitment has formed.  Inviting God into this union has drawn this union closer and stronger. Not having a wedding to celebrate with family and friends was heartbreaking.
