• MORNING OF is for bridal party and vendors ONLY. Due to amount of people booked within the cabin & vendors setting up we would like to only have bridal party present until 2:30pm. This will allow everyone to get ready in their own space & vendors to have room/space to set up inside & outside. ( they will be needing some of the parking area in the morning ) • If any of our guest need help finding a hotel or lodge please reach out to us! • Ceremony starts at 3:30 pm following dinner & party until 10:00pm. • { For guest staying in cabin } Stay is November 1st-5th. Check out is 10:00am on the 5th. • Please smoke outside & use ashtray’s we have placed in designated areas! • Please keep in mind we have guest staying throughout our cabin, so please stay out of rooms/their privacy.. • There’s a bathroom on the main level of the cabin for our out of cabin guest during the event.
• The wedding is Cocktail Attire, SO GET CUTE AND DRESSED UP! Enjoy your night out with us! • Please keep in mind it will be the first week of November. There will be a fire place. • Yes! There’s parking at the cabin until 10pm. • Due to community guide lines, quite time starts at 10pm & anyone who isn’t booked within the cabin has to be gone by stated time as home owners regulation and as event has ended. | • ¡Sí! Hay estacionamiento en la cabaña hasta las 10:00 pm, • Debido a las pautas de la comunidad, el horario de tranquilidad comienza a las 10 p. m. y cualquier persona que no esté reservada en la cabaña debe irse a la hora indicada según las regulaciones de los propietarios y cuando el evento haya finalizado.
• PLEASE REACH OUT TO US IF YOU HAVE ANY FOOD CONCERNS OR ALLERGIES! That way we can do our best to accommodate those needs.
• The kiddos are more than welcome to come, we would LOVE for them to be there! However we understand parents need breaks during the weekend and we completely respect that as well.
• YES! There will be beer/seltzers, champagne, his & hers fav beverage! • We ask that you be patient & please respect all of our bartenders/vendors. | •SÍ Habrá cerveza/seltzer, champán y nuestra bebida favorita! • Le pedimos que sea paciente y respete a todos nuestros camareros/vendedores.
• Please follow the RSVP link on the website, as spots are limited & want to give everyone a chance to come to our special day. • RSVP are due no later than AUGUST 10th. If the rsvp is not answered we will assume you are unable to attend and will not be able to accommodate you come day of.
• Yes pictures are allowed however we do ask to politely keep them out of the aisle and in view of our vendors who are photographing the ceremony. | • Sí, se permiten fotografías, sin embargo solicitamos educadamente mantenerlas fuera del pasillo y a la vista de nuestros proveedores que están fotografiando la ceremonia.
• There’s a bathroom on the main level for guest to use, please only use this bathroom as the other bathrooms are occupied by guest staying in cabin. | • Hay un baño en el nivel principal para uso de los invitados ; utilice únicamente este baño ya que los otros baños están ocupados por los que están en la cabina.
