How do I arrive at Hotel Hartness?

Answer

Due to the ongoing construction in the Hartness community, we suggest that you enter from Hwy 14, onto Society Street and from there, follow the signage to the hotel. We also suggest you use Waze for directions over Apple or Google maps!

Will there be end of night transportation?

Answer

We would love for you to party the night away with us! We will have transportation to take guests who choose to dance all night with us back downtown following our wedding. Our shuttles will take guests to The Westin Poinsett Hotel as a central downtown drop off location.

What is Black Tie (for our Wedding)?

Answer

Black tie attire is a formal dress code, primarily for evening events, that typically requires men to wear tuxedos and women to wear floor-length gowns or sophisticated, preferably floor length, cocktail dresses.

What is Cocktail Attire (for our Welcome Party)?

Answer

Men are requested to wear a button-down shirt, long pants, and/or jacket. Ties are not necessary. Women can opt for maxi, midi, or cocktail length dresses, skirts, or pants in this same vein.
