We do have our own Airport here in Gainesville but it does tend to cost a little more to fly into and out of this airport. If you do elect to use this airport and need a pick up or drop off at the airport, please feel free to reach out and we can see who is available. I will post contact information on here soon

Shuttle

Shuttle from Hotel to Venue

The times on here are guesstimates as we have not officially decided on the time of our wedding. The shuttle will fit 56 people, so that means that not all guests will be able to take the shuttle to the wedding since there will only be time for one trip before the ceremony starts. When it comes to leaving the venue, the shuttle will be able to take multiple trips so guests that do drive the the venue are able to leave their cars there and pick them up the next morning if necessary. We will have more details on this soon.

UF Hilton

We have blocked out some rooms at the UF Hilton for both Friday and Saturday night. I have made them aware that there might be some guests that might need to reserve rooms for Thursday and/or Sunday night also. This will not be an issue, just let them know that you need additional nights. You can call the and say that you are booking for the Clarke/Hogan Wedding or go to the link here. That will take you directly to the website for the hotel block. We have locked in a rate of $129/night for one King bed or two Queen beds. There is parking available at the hotel. Since there is a restaurant on site, there is no continental breakfast but I will be posting some places to eat nearby for both breakfast and dinner.
