Answer

Cocktail hour starts at 6pm. Chuppah is called for 7pm. Try to arrive before 7pm, so you can taste all the yummy hoover doovers.

Yes, but only for the cocktail hour and Chuppah.

Unfortunately, no. Space was limited, so only immediate family can bring children.

Answer

Well in base-10 it doesn't, plain and simple. However, in base-13 you would write 54 as 42. So either Douglas Adams was right and the universe is a little off, or everything adds up if you look at it from a different perspective.

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. Or Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.
