We met through our YTH group on a night when Madeline was sharing her testimony. As she spoke, Charles stood out in the crowd, almost like there was a spotlight on him. After the service, he tried to find Madeline but no one seemed to know her, so he searched through the church’s social media until he found her and messaged her that night. Madeline assumed he just wanted to talk about our faith, not realizing he was the same guy from the crowd. When we finally met, we instantly connected and have been together nearly every day since. Over the past year, we’ve grown deeply in our faith and in our commitment to becoming better together. We got engaged just a year and a month after our first date. We know the journey will be difficult and will have its good and bad times, but we're committed to supporting each other and working through them together. We pray that God will strengthen us throughout it all and will continue to help us grow in our love for each other.
