Where is the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Both the ceremony and the reception will be held at Hayvn at Hay River. We will have an outdoor ceremony, followed by an outdoor social hour and an indoor barn reception. The address is: E4545 County Rd FF, Boyceville, WI 54725.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Kindly RSVP by May 9th, 2026. You can RSVP by clicking the "RSVP" tab above or by calling Diane at 216-577-7554.

Is there parking available near the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, there is more than ample parking right on the property. Guests may leave their vehicles overnight for morning pickup.

What is the wedding dress code?

Answer

Garden Party: Wear short or long dresses for women, and jackets & slacks for men.

Are there any accommodations near the venue or room blocks available?

Answer

There are room blocks available Hampton Inn & Suites Menomonie, Best Western Plus Menomonie, and Springhill Suites Eau Claire. Please click "Travel" above to access these accommodations. There are also Airbnbs in the area as well as other hotels nearby and in the neighboring city of Eau Claire. Kindly note that there is a Harley Davidson event happening in the area the same weekend, which may impact hotel availability.

Will there be a shuttle to and from the hotels?

Answer

Kindly plan on renting a car or carpooling. There will not be a shuttle available.
