We kindly ask that you RSVP by 24 March 2026 through the RSVP page on this website. If we have not heard from you before this date, we will assume that you are unable to join us and look forward to celebrating with you at another time.
We're so excited to celebrate with those we love most - but due to budget and space, we will only be able to have our nearest and dearest with us at our wedding. We ask that only guests that are named on the invitation join us on our day.
While we adore your children, we can only accommodate adult guests at our wedding.
Our venue will be open from 4.30pm for you to enjoy a welcome beverage and canapes before the formalities begin. Please ensure that you arrive no later than 5pm so you can grab a good seat for our ceremony.
We're obsessed with getting dressed up with our pals. To set the atmosphere for our day, we'd love to see you in Cocktail/Formal attire, such as cocktail, midi, or full length dresses, jumpsuits, suits or shirt and tie. Relevant cultural attire is absolutely encouraged. We simply ask that you refrain from wearing a white dress to honour the bride in white. Please note that we will be having a twilight ceremony outdoors in Autumn so we encourage you to dress with this in mind. We also suggest avoiding stillettos due to soft grass.
Our venue is located in the beautiful Waimauku with plenty of free parking onsite. We do encourage you to carpool with a designated sober driver if choosing to travel by private car - we want to party with you safely. This is the one time Kelz can't be your sober driver so plan accordingly. Please note that cellphone reception is limited onsite. If driving in a private car, we suggest downloading the map beforehand. If you require an Uber or taxi to get home safely, we recommend pre-ordering your ride home before you leave to join us.
Your love, laughter, and company on our wedding day is the best present we could ask for. However, if you wish to help us celebrate with a gift, our registry can be found with Mildred & Co (www.mildredandco.co.nz) using registry ID UUGN5. www.mildredandco.co.nz/registry/UUGN5
We want you to be fully present and share in the magic with us, therefore our ceremony will be unplugged. We kindly ask you to turn off your phones/cameras and put these away until after the ceremony has concluded. Don't worry about capturing the moment - our photographers are the legends that will do this for us! However, we absolutely encourage you to snap away during our reception - we'd love to see the night from your eyes. We simply ask that no pictures of us from the day are posted on social media until after we have had the chance to do so ourselves.
The wellbeing of our friends and whānau is the most important thing to us. If you are unwell, we ask you to please refrain from joining us on the day as we will have elderly and immunocompromised guests in attendance. Please let us know as soon as possible if you will no longer be able to attend - we can always celebrate together another time.
