Our wedding block is at the Best Western in Historic Williamsburg, VA. While the wedding block discounted rate is closed, there do appear to be rooms available. Please book online or call the hotel directly. ~ 10/31/2025 ~ Rehearsal Dinner (for select guests) starts at 4:30pm. All events are located at The Magnolia Mansion, Providence Forge VA. Guest are welcome to wear what they are comfortable in. There is space at the mansion to change/transition for the welcome party. The Welcome/Halloween Party Starts around 7pm and goes until 10pm. There is no shuttle for this event. Appetizer/snacks and drinks will be provided. Kids are welcome :) There will be Halloween themed activities for their entertainment at the welcome party. Costumes are welcomed and encouraged (it is Halloween after all). There will be a photobooth and costume contest, so why not show off? ~ 11/1/2025 ~ Wedding/Reception TimeLine 3:00 PM – Shuttles begin pickup at Best Western Williamsburg 3:50 PM – Guests seated for ceremony 4:00 PM – Ceremony begins 6:00 PM – Dinner service begins 7:45 PM – First Shuttle Leaves for Best Western 8:30 PM – Mid Shuttle to hotel 10:00 PM – Last Shuttle Leaves for Best Western Please designate a driver if not using the shuttle. We love you all and want you to get to your destinations safe. Recently speed cameras have been installed in the surrounding area. Please drive with caution.
