How do we get to the ceremony/reception venue?
Answer
Driving: There is parking opposite the church in Morrisons & parking at Cornhill. If you do not have a car: Via train: St Mary’s Church is located right opposite to Lanark train station. You can get to Lanark from Edinburgh or Glasgow. The church is a 20 minute drive away to Cornhill Castle. Please specify on your RSVP if you need assistance in getting from the church to the reception venue.

Are children allowed?

Yes! We will also specify this on your E-vite. Please note that if your child is under 3 years old there will not be a 3 course meal provided. Please bring along baby food etc. Children over 3 will have a set children's menu during the 3 course meal. There will also be the buffet in the evening time. Please note that dogs are not allowed at the venue .

Cornhill Castle requires guests to leave promptly at midnight if you are not staying over. There are buses running from Biggar to Edinburgh throughout the morning and afternoon the next day on the 9th.
