We have multiple rooms blocked in different categories for our guests. We have 5-night options and 7-night options available. If your first room choice is not available, or you prefer to go longer or shorter than 5/17 – 5/22 OR 5/17-5/24, you can reach out to Marsha to adjust dates and room selections. There will be a deposit due at time of booking (on or before 12/15/22) and the final payment is due 3/13/23. Marsha can also help you book flights as well. If you have another method of booking, please use whatever you prefer!! PS: PLEASE STAY AS LONG AS YOU WOULD LIKE. You will not be intruding on Charles and I at all if you decide you would like to stay after the wedding! We would love to party and vacation with our closest family and friends for as long as possible, so please make a vacation out of it. Again, if you cannot book by 12/15/22, that is fine! You are still able to book afterwards. Our wedding RSVP date is 3/21/23, so if you need to book around this time instead, we completely understand. December 15th is just the date the group discounted rate is offered. *If you decide to email Marsha instead of call, she asked me that in your email you include your name(s) of how they are written in your passport.* MARSHA'S CONTACT INFO Ph: 479-582-1900 E: marsha@destinationsar.com Passports are roughly taking 18 weeks NOT expedited, I think expedited was around 12 weeks out... so if you need a passport, or need to renew, I would start on that ASAP :)
