The venue itself is in Danvers, MA so there are a few hotel options in the immediate vicinity. Danvers is very close to Peabody and Salem, where there will also be more hotel options. There are always AirBNB and VRBO, but availability might be limited due to time of year. If you don't mind a longer commute, downtown Boston is only 30-45 minutes and has plenty of hotel accomodations.
Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) is the closest major airport.
If you were flying into Boston and did not want to rent a car, taking the Commuter Rail might be more cost effective than an rideshare service directly from the airport. The commuter rail can be taken from North Station in Boston, directly to the station stop in Salem. From there it would a 1/2 mile walk to the Salem Waterfront Hotel & Suites, or a short Uber to the Sonesta Select.
