Please arrive at the venue NO LATER than 30 minutes before the ceremony, you can arrive as early as 3:30p.m. This will allow time for you to park (unless you are taxing or have other transportation), sign the guestbook, and find a seat.
You can RSVP as soon as you’d like! Please make sure to RSVP “yes” or “no” by July 1, 2026.
If we don’t get a RSVP back by the date which we have provided, it will be marked as “No”. We will miss you celebrating with us,, we have to provide a total guest count to the venue & caterer in a timely manner. Due to this we can’t accept late RSVP’s, we hope you understand.
Your presence will certainly be missed. Please RSVP “Regretfully Decline.” If you have RSVP’d attending, but find that you can no longer make it, please notify us!
Our ceremony will begin promptly at the time referenced on your invitation, with doors opening one hour prior. If you arrive late, we ask that you respectfully wait in the foyer until the start of cocktail hour. Late entry will not be permitted after the wedding party’s arrival by all means necessary. Please plan accordingly!
We’d love to see our family and friends dress up with us! Please refrain from wearing jeans, white or any shades of white - let the bride have her day!
If you received a plus one, your guest’s name is listed on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP. Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family.
Yes, we love your little ones! We will include all children invited on your invitation. Our only ask is if your child is crying or getting upset during our ceremony to please take them out into the hallway. Thank you for understanding!
The ceremony and reception will be held on-site at Fairfield Civic Center. Everything will be indoors.
No, you can take photos and videos, but please DO NOT BLOCK the aisle or the photographer/videographer as we have spent THOUSANDS of dollars for professional pictures/videos. There will be plenty of time to take pictures and videos.
Yes, the drinks are on us, however, please drink respectfully and responsibly. Please arrange transportation from the venue, if you plan on drinking. We want everyone to make it home safely!
Following the ceremony, the bridal party and immediate family will take photos. Guest will enjoy cocktail hour and appetizers.
We will have light hors d’oeuvres and cocktails during cocktail hour. Dinner will be buffet style with all our favorites southern homestyle foods.
