When should I RSVP by?

Answer

The deadline is 9/25/20 however with recent post office delays we recommend sending your responses back as soon as possible.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes, please indicate so on your RSVP card.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking on site at the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club, otherwise there is parking available at the Inn at the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club which will continuously be running a shuttle to the venue.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We ask that you please leave your little ones at home for this event.

Will I have to wear a mask?

Answer

While partaking in any indoor activities during this wedding you will be required to keep your mask on, except when you are seated for dinner. Our reception will be largely held in an outdoor tent that you will be able to remove your mask for. We kindly ask that you please follow these guidelines in order to keep yourself and all of our guests safe.

What precautions is the venue taking?

Answer

The Chesapeake Bay Beach club is taking all precautions with regards to COVID-19 very seriously. Staff will be required to wear masks at all time. Additionally, guests will be required to wear masks at all times when indoors at the venue. Hand sanitizing stations will be available throughout the venue and all surfaces will be wiped down by staff with antibacterial every 30 minutes. Ionizers have also been installed in all vents throughout the venue.
