We have chosen a beautiful rustic ranch nestled in the Canadian Rocky Mountains between Cranbrook and Fernie, British Columbia, Canada: Bull River Guest Ranch. The ranch offers breathtaking views in a secluded and intimate setting for us and our guests. It features farm animals, hot tubs, games on-site, as well as nearby hiking trails, fishing spots, lakes, waterfalls, and more. We will spend the entire weekend at this location, from Friday afternoon to Sunday, as there is a minimum two-night stay. The rehearsal dinner, gatherings, ceremony, reception, and accommodations will all take place on-site, eliminating the need for travel between events.
At the ranch, there are a variety of cozy accommodation options available at varying prices: - **Cabins A**: These feature one bedroom with a king size bed and bunk beds in the central area. These sleep 4, except one sleeping 6. Each cabin includes a private bathroom, a full kitchen (if you wish to bring food and drinks), and a wood-burning fireplace. Cabins B: These cabins are still being built. They sleep four people and feature two bedrooms, each with a king-sized bed. They also include full kitchens, bathrooms, wood-burning fireplaces, and additional amenities. **WILL NOT BE READY** - **Private Suites**: Each room includes a king-sized bed, a private bathroom, and a coffee maker, mini fridge and a microwave. - **Bunk Houses**: These resemble a hostel-style accommodation. They consist of private rooms with a double bed, and shared bathroom facilities. Please note that all indoor accommodations are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.
We are in the mountains and want to ensure your comfort for the weekend. Please bring comfortable clothes for the evening before the ceremony and for the time leading up to it. Feel free to dress up for the BBQ if you'd like! The wedding ceremony will be held in cocktail attire. There are hot tubs and saunas available, so don’t forget to bring a bathing suit.
You are welcome to bring any alcohol you wish to consume in your rooms, cabins, and on-site locations. The only area where outside alcohol is not permitted is the indoor /outdoor reception area.
We will host a Rehearsal BBQ on Friday evening as guests arrive and get settled in. We can mingle, relax and enjoy each others company. On Saturday morning, a light breakfast will be available at the same location as the rehearsal dinner at the outdoor reception area for those who don’t have kitchens. Saturday afternoon will feature drinks and appetizers. In the evening, we will have a buffet-style dinner. All accommodations, except for bunkhouses and hotel-style rooms, come with full kitchens equipped with fridges, freezers, ovens, toasters, utensils, etc. Feel free to bring your own meals and snacks.

The earlier you respond, the more accommodation options will be available to you. We need to designate cabins and provide instructions on payments.
