How can I book a room at the Par-A-Dice?

Booking a room is simple! Call 1-800-547-0711 or 309-699-7711 and reference code BCWE25C OR Guests may book online by going to this EXACT web address https://paradice.boydgaming.com/groups-and-weddings/group-reservation and enter code BCWE25C Guest will need to scroll down a little before entering code- they will need to adjust their check in and check out date. Reservations must be made PRIOR to May 2, 2025 in order to receive the discounted rate.

I tried to book a room using the block, but there's nothing available. What do I do?

Answer

Let one of us know! We have a number of rooms blocked off, but we can always call and add more if they're available so you can get a room at a discounted rate. However, once the cut off date passes, there's nothing we can do, so book early!

Will there be a cash bar or open bar?

Answer

There will be an open bar following first dances, dinner, and speeches. Prior to that, there will be a cash bar. If you would like something to drink before the open bar starts, be sure to bring a little bit of cash.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please check your invite. Your envelope will be addressed to you "and guest". When RSVPing, you will be able to RSVP a guest if you are given one. Please let us know the name of your guest so we can make sure we have their name on our seating chart.
