NO KIDS UNDER 7 YEARS OLD. We hope you can find accommodations for your little ones so you can enjoy cocktails and focus on this beautiful day! We do not want the possibility of distractions/noises during a special moment. After the ceremony it is important to supervise & keep your kid(s) ages 7+ close to you & off the dance floor for entrance time & special dances.
The wedding is strictly RSVP only and attendees names must be on the guest list to enter. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. This helps with making sure we have enough seating, food etc. It’s important to keep the wedding as intimate as possible. Plus 1’s or extra guests should know groom and/or bride. If you have questions regarding your invite let Charles and Bre know!
The ceremony will take place outside in the garden. The entrance gate to the ceremony will be on the left side of the building, cocktail hour will be on a beautiful covered patio, leading indoors into the grand ballroom for the reception.
We kindly ask that phones are down and muted during the ceremony as this is a very intimate moment and we want your complete attention. We will have a great photographer to capture the moments. You may take videos and pictures after. Please be sure to send the content to the couple they will appreciate it.
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the ceremony starts. It will give you time to park, sign guest book & find a seat. Ceremony starts at 4:00 p.m. Give yourself ample amount of time on when you should leave your home/hotel just in case you run into traffic or any other inconveniences. Gate will be closed/locked at 4:00 p.m. and you will miss the ceremony if you are running late.
There will be the main parking lot and a lower level parking lot to the left that can accommodate all guest. There will be signs.
Please RSVP by August 23, 2024. If you’re unable to attend after you’ve RSVP let Charles & Bre know immediately.
The people that need a smoke break can do so outside in the front of the building. Make sure to put cigarette butts in the trays located by the venue. No marijuana allowed. No outside liquor allowed. There will be bartenders serving 3 signature cocktails. Enjoy & leave your bartender a tip.
Please contact other friends or family members attending the event with questions, info on directions etc. There will also be staff members at the venue to assist. As Charles and Bre will be super busy getting ready for their big day.
