PASSPORT INFO

US Passports are required for travel to Mexico. Please make sure you allow enough time to get yours if you do not already have one. (suggested time is to allow at least 8 weeks prior to travel) Detail on how to obtain a passport can be found at the link below: Please Note: The name on your passport MUST match the name on your airline ticket. (Ex, If you go by Charlie but your legal name is Charles, you must book your ticket under Charles)

A CHECKLIST FOR SUCCESS

Full details for air, hotel and transfers are listed below but here is a quick run down on what you'll want to do: Step 1: Make sure you have a passport and use the names on your passport to book air/hotel. Step 2: Book your hotel- our special rate is for travel between the dates of Nov 7-14. The resort price is all inclusive so this rate includes all your meals, drinks (and alcohol), and entertainment while on property! See hotel tab for additional details and a link to book. Step 3: Book your airfare- you can travel for as long or short as you'd like! Airfare rates vary so it's hard to say how much this will be. However it is better to book sooner than later in order to get good flight times and usually better pricing. Step 4: Sign up for Transfers! Use the link to submit your information so we can set up a roundtrip transfer to pick you up at the airport and bring you back upon departure. And thats it!! We'll see you in Mexico!!

Hotel

BOOK YOUR STAY

Our wedding will be held at Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya, Mexico. We have arranged a room block at a special rate for all of our guests! In order to receive this rate and be a part of the room block, please book using the link below! The room category included in this rate is the Deluxe Gold. If you are looking for a different room type or have any questions please contact Marlyn Tobon at mtobon@aichotelgroup.com. You will be required to make a deposit of $200 per room at booking and the remaining payment will be due upon check-in at the hotel. We have reserved a room block for the week of November 7th - 14th, but please feel free to stay as long as you would like! We ask that if possible, to please arrive no later than the day before the wedding (Friday, November 9th).

The wedding is on November 10th, so if you could arrive no later than Friday, November 9th that would be great!

ONE WAY SERVICES -Shared service per person one way $26 USD -Private Service regular van (maximum 7 passengers covered by the rate) one way $ 100 USD ROUND TRIP SERVICES -Shared service per person round trip $50 USD -Private Service regular van (maximum 7 passengers covered by the rate) round trip $198 USD Transfer Info: -Shared: there is a 20 minutes waiting time (maximum) for more passengers to arrive and share the transportation with, this waiting time starts after making contact with our staff at the welcome area, after this time the unit departs heading to the Hard Rock Hotel. -Private: after contacting our staff at the welcome area, they'll call your unit to approach and once you be onboard will departs heading to the Hard Rock Hotel immediately.
