We're Getting Married!

Chuck and Faith met in 2018 during their first year of college, both playing on the men’s and women’s soccer teams. One of the first nights they hung out was with a group of friends, when Chuck drove Faith and a few others out for ice cream (typical Faith wanting a sweet treat). From that night on, they were constantly together thanks to their shared circle of friends. One night, while hanging out with their friends, they started asking each other random questions and quickly realized just how much they had in common: • Ride snowmobiles with your dad? Check. • Go to the lake in the summer? Check. • Enjoy country music and concerts? Check. • Favorite animal is a Golden Retriever? Check. • Love sports? Check. And the icing on the cake — they only lived an hour apart. From that moment on, they were inseparable. The next six years were everything they could have asked for — playing the sport they loved, pursuing the same career, sharing the same friends and favorite spots in college, and doing all their favorite activities together. After graduating with their Doctorates of Pharmacy in May 2024, they moved into their first apartment together in August — right at their favorite place, Oneida Lake. Not long after, in November, Chuck proposed in the most perfect spot… can you guess where? Yup, that’s right, Oneida Lake, where they’ve spent countless summers making memories and now call home. Today, they share their apartment with Faith’s dream come true — their Golden Retriever puppy, Lando. They continue to spend time together at Buffalo Bills games, concerts, on the lake, traveling, cruising, snowmobiling, visiting friends and family, and working at Upstate as pharmacists. Life together has been full of adventure, laughter, and love — and they can’t wait for what’s next. They’re currently house hunting for a place to call their own (and a backyard for Lando to run around in) … and of course, they hope for it to be on Oneida Lake. Faith and Chuck can’t wait to celebrate this new chapter with all their favorite people (all of you) and they hope it’s the best party yet, so bring your dancing shoes!
