Can I bring a date/plus one?

Answer

We can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one it will appear on your invite. We want to keep our wedding intimate with our closest family and friends.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We are requesting cocktail attire (semi-formal) for our wedding. Please no shorts, t-shirt, or flip flops.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your kiddos, but we are asking guests to refrain from bringing kids unless otherwise stated on the invitation. We are hoping this is a much deserved night off for the parents.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We will have drinks and booze. Drinks are on us, hangover is on you! We will also have water, soda, tea, lemonade, and coffee as non-alcoholic options.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by no later than January 25th, 2026. Earlier is always appreciated! If we do not receive an RSVP back from you by our deadline, you will be marked "not attending". The reason for this is that we need to provide an accurate guest count to all our vendors in a timely manner. Also, there will be no seating, food, or drink accommodations for you.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We’ve reserved a block of rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Phoenix, which is conveniently located near our venue. You can book under our group rate by using the link/code provided in the travel tab of our website. Additional nearby options include the Arizona Grand Resort, Gila River (Vee Quiver) Resorts and Casino, and the Legacy Golf Resort for different price ranges and preferences. We recommend booking early to ensure availability.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, convenient parking is available at the venue, including options for overnight parking.
