Welcome to Sintra! The weather here can be funny, usually in the month of July the weather is beautiful and sunny but it can get windy in Penha Longa.

There is plenty of free parking near the entrance of the church.

Are the ceremony and reception locations wheelchair accessible ?

Yes, and we will have a golf cart available for anyone needing assistance getting around the property!

What should I wear?

The dress code is black tie. We ask kindly to refrain from wearing blue as that is the colour the bridesmaids will be wearing.

What kind of shoes should/shouldn’t I wear?

Calling all ladies! There is a lot of grassy areas that you might have to walk in for the reception, we will provide heel protectors for the grass.

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones during the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We would love for you to take photos throughout the wedding. However, please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony, in the church.
