Charlene and I were boarding school roommates and best friends since freshman year. For three full years we went on trips, ate sushi, studied late, laughed till we cried and cried till we laughed. I am honored and thrilled to stand next to her as she marries Junior!

I met Charlie in Art 101 at High Point University in the summer of 09'. Though we didn't make a connection in that class, I found out later that she was living in the dorm next door. I made it my mission to get her to agree to eat lunch with me and a mutual friend and she finally said yes! That 'yes' turned into homework dates DJ'd by Michael Jackson and Celine Dion; lunch runs; Barnes & Noble runs; weekend sleepovers; and eventually we became like family! Now we have weathered the storms of post-grad life together and are even getting married 3 weeks apart from one another. She and Junior complement each other so well, and I cannot wait to see what life has in store for both of them!

I first met Junior in Elementary school, but we reconnected in High School over a mutual love of comic books. Little did I know it was a friendship that would transcend into brotherhood that would lead to me having an opportunity to meet his bride-to-be over lunch with the two at Foothills.
