What Time Should I Arrive?

Answer

Please arrive at the venue no later than 30 minutes before the ceremony. Ceremony start at 5:30 be there by 5PM. This will allow time for you to park and take your seat. If you arrive at the start of the ceremony, you will NOT be seated and will have to wait until the start of cocktail hour.

Can I take photos?

Answer

We are having an Unplugged Ceremony (which means NO phones or cameras). We kindly asks that guest refrain from taking pictures and videos during the wedding ceremony and for all phones to be silenced and put away. The greatest gift you can give us is to be fully present as we say “I do”. We have hired professional photographer and videographer to capture this moment for us. Please AVOID Blocking their view or being in their way. However, feel free to take as many pictures and videos as you like AFTER the ceremony.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, we can’t accommodate plus-ones unless they are explicitly mentioned in your invitation by us. We are only able to accommodate those formally invited. If you are allowed to have a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. If you do not see a plus one under your name it means you’re not able to have one. We appreciate your understanding, and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

When is the deadline to RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP by Monday, April 30th, 2026. if we do not hear from you about this day, we will assume that you are unable to attend and not account for you on that day.

What happened if I miss the deadline to RSVP?

Answer

If you do not RSVP in time, you will be marked as “not attending”. We would love to celebrate with you, HOWEVER we have to provide our vendors an EXACT guest Count, and cannot accept LATE RSVPs. This will mean you are NOT ALLOWED to show up to our special day. There will be NO seating, NO food, or NO drink accommodations for you.

What if I RSVP YES & can no longer attend the wedding?.

Answer

If this occurs, please update your RSVP to “NOT ATTENDING” and notify Charlene or Nick AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, since all arrangements are paid on a PER-PERSON basis. If you are unsure still about attending by April 13th (the RSVP Deadline) just put No for your attendance.

Are Children welcome?

Answer

No. While we love the little ones. We have decided to keep our wedding ceremony and reception adults only. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night.
