What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

The attire for our wedding is formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Casa Real at Ruby Hill Winery venue, so there is no need for transportation after the ceremony.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will take place indoors. The cocktail hour will take place in the outdoor courtyard at the same venue.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, guests will walk to the courtyard for the cocktail hour where there will be food and beverages.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Guests should arrive between 3:30 and 3:45 PM.

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

Guests may drive or use a ride-sharing service (such as Uber) to get to the venue. The venue is only 10 minutes away from the suggested hotel. For those who drive, there will be free parking at the venue. As a courtesy of the venue to prevent drunk driving after the event, you may also leave your car overnight at the venue and pick it up the next day.

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 13th so we can make the proper accommodations. You can RSVP online by heading to the "RSVP" section of this website. From there, search for your name and follow the prompts.

Will food and drinks be served at the reception?

Answer

Yes, food and drinks will be served at the reception. In addition to hor d'oeuvres during the cocktail hour, there will be multiple courses served during the reception. For your main entree, please make your selection via the RSVP section of this website. Drinks will be available throughout the evening free of charge to guests.

Will transportation be provided between to/from the hotel?

Please plan accordingly to either drive or use a ride-sharing service (such as Uber) to reach the venue (especially if you plan on drinking). The venue is a 10 minute drive from the suggested hotel.
