10:15 setup arch & ceremony decorations & setup centerpieces/place settings (all decor)
11-12 Arrival of groom / groomsmen
1:00 Pictures with bridesmaids / groomsmen / family / any other photos pre-ceremony
3:00 Guests start to arrive
3:30 Ceremony Start Time
4:00 Cocktail hour / Bar opens
5:00 All guest arrive
5:30 Guest sit down for dinner/ Cake Cutting & Cupcakes
5:45 Dinner is Served SPEECHES - When all guests are served
7:00 Dancing Begins -First Dance, Father- Daughter Dance, Mother- Son Dance
11:00 Event End / Guests Depart / Start cleanup
12:00 AM Clean Up ends / Vendors Off Site / Venue Close
