Due to the venue being a working ranch, unless you have verbal permission from either the bride or the groom you can not bring any pets to the ceremony or reception. If pets are brought to the venue without permission you will be asked to leave them in your vehicle or take them home. Thank you for your understanding.
Children are more then welcome to share in our special day, we do ask however that children be under adult supervision at all times due to the venue being a working ranch. We want to be able to ensure the safety of not only the children but the animals as well.
Unfortunately, the venue does not have anywhere to stay for out-of-towners. We do recommend looking into hotels or air-bnb's in Oakland, Sutherland or Roseburg. You can leave your vehicle at the venue over night as we do NOT encourage driving under the influence and would like you to get to your next destination safely. If you do happen to leave your vehicle at the venue please understand that we will need you to pick your vehicle up by 10 am on 08.17.25 out of respect to the wonderful owners of the beautiful venue.
There will be plenty of parking room at the venue with very clear signs as where to park!
We completely understand if you want to take pictures of our special day however, our ceremony is a NO CELLPHONE zone. We want to be able to look back on this perfect day and be able to see us and our wonderful guests smiling and not hiding behind a cellphone. (Photographers are being paid for a reason!) Everyone is more then welcome to screenshot the photos from the ceremony once we release them! :)

KC Ranch & Weddings 2331 Goodrich Hwy, Oakland OR, 97462 The venue is mostly gravel and grass, however there are some cemented spots and no stairs.

The venue is located about 2 miles off of I-5 to the right. If you're coming from Roseburg/Sutherlin you will take exit 142.
Outdoor. The wedding will be held in a barn and out in a field. Temperatures in the area are typically pretty warm during the day (high 90's - low 100's) and cool at night so dress accordingly and bring extra clothes for the temperature change at night.
We currently do NOT have blocks reserved at any hotels.
Dressy Casual
Plus one's are allowed however please use your best judgement on who you're bringing. Please don't make this your first date with the person you met on Tinder.
The ceremony is scheduled to start at 5:00 pm with the reception to follow!
The music at the reception will end at 11:00 pm, the reception will end shortly after.
