Two shall become one

Eion and Charity met in eighth grade science class at FCHS. They got to know each other through being paired as partners in class. They would talk all day at school and began to talk to each other through social media outside of school. Their friendship turned into best friends which then turned into a dating relationship in the eighth grade. Their eighth grade school year was in 2020 when COVID hit. Life turned completely upside down when school was canceled for the rest of the year. They both were trying to navigate life and saw each other occasionally after school was canceled, but barely had the opportunity to see each other. They broke up during COVID because life was getting extremely chaotic. Years go by and they continue to attend the same high school after COVID. After Eion and Charity broke up, they were still nice to each other but didn't hang out with one another. They saw each other all the time at school, but both had different friend groups. They barely spoke in high school because life took them both different directions. The month after Eion and Charity graduated high school, they reconnected through social media. Eion and Charity began to talk about all of the fun times they used to have when they were best friends/dating during 2020. Eion started to develop feelings for Charity after high school and asked her out three times. Charity finally said yes after a long journey of Eion asking her to go on a date. They quickly realized that the spark between them never left and they became best friends immediately. Eion and Charity never knew that their eighth grade best friend would be their best friend for the rest of their lives.
