Question

What time should we arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will be at about 4:30ish. Heavy on the "ish"! It is informal, so when it feels right, it's time! There will be refreshments available before the ceremony, including complimentary adult beverages. There is plenty to do at the Rancho Bernardo Inn, so arrive early. It is recommended that you be at the north lawn by 4 pm.

Can I bring a date or spouse?

What should I wear?

Answer

It is a casual event, so dress comfortably. That being said, it is at the Rancho Bernardo Inn, so "Resort casual attire" is encouraged.

Are there wedding colors?

Answer

Yes! The bride has selected a nice navy blue and silver dress, so those are the wedding colors.

Is there a reception after the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! There will be a reception with dinner immediately following the ceremony. The reception will be in the same location as the wedding.

I have never been to the Rancho Bernardo Inn before. What is it like?

Answer

The Inn is a very large resort property. There is a golf course, multiple pools and restaurants, and a nice spa. Most people who visit The Inn dress up just a little bit, but you will also see a lot of golfers in their traditional attire. There is plenty to do before and after the ceremony, and the grounds are very nice. Allow time for a stroll around the property. It is quite romantic.

What do I do if I get lost or have questions?

You can contact Keith by email at kr@conradco.com if you have questions before August 19th. On the wedding day, please call 619-507-5000 if you have questions or need directions. His phone will probably be off after 3 pm. If you need assistance after that time, call The Inn directly at 858-675-8500.

Where do I go once I get to the property?

Answer

On site venue is called the North Lawn, which is straight through the lobby, out the double doors, and a short walk outside. There will be signs directing you to the location, or just ask any of the resort staff.

Where do I park?

Answer

There is ample free parking at The Inn, and also complimentary valet parking is available for all guests.
