Travel Note
As you can see from my expertly illustrated map, the main garage you'll want to use is 119 Pearl St NW Garage. The entrance is right off of Pearl, it will cost $30 for the night of, and $38 if you end up leaving your car overnight. There is also a surface lot next to the venue with the same rates. Arrows point to the entrances of both and the entrance of the venue. Then there is also street parking surrounding the venue, which is generally enforced downtown 8 am until 7 pm, Monday through Friday. So Saturday night most street parking will be free, but always double check and read the signs on your street! I think Monroe Center you have to pay on Saturdays. I've paid enough parking tickets in Grand Rapids to fund a second one of these weddings, I would know.
Hotel
Our ceremony is going to be earlier than most, at 3:30. This will be a tight squeeze with standard hotel check in times. Both hotels recommend calling in the morning to inquire about early check in and they will accommodate if they are able. Otherwise they can hold luggage for you during the ceremony, then there will be a 45 minute window before the reception for you to get into your rooms.
Hotel
We have lots of rooms blocked here from Friday to Sunday, and this will be a very close walk (two blocks, 5 minutes) to the venue. They have an attached garage available for $30 a night with unlimited in/out. Use the link below, or call in to make reservations under "Brown/Charbonneau Wedding." Reservations must be made before March 4th to utilize the wedding block.
Hotel
We have 10 rooms blocked here that include complimentary parking and breakfast. It's on the way in for a lot of people, and only 10 minute drive from the venue. Still very convenient, but not downtown rates! And plenty to do out on the beltline. Use the link below, or call in to make reservations under "Brown/Charbonneau Wedding"
