When do I RSVP by?

Answer

Guests MUST RSVP by May 15th, 2025. If you do not RSVP by this date, we will assume you are NOT coming and RSVPS will no longer be accepted. Our vendors require an accurate number, so please let us know if you wish to join us.

What do I wear?

Answer

Our wedding is semi-formal, and we encourage guests to take this opportunity to dress their best. However, there is no specific enforced dress code. Here are some ideas: -Dresses -Skirts -Pants & Blouse -Button Downs -Dress Shirts -Polos

Will it be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be held outdoors at the venue with the reception following inside the barn. In the chance of rain, the ceremony will be held inside with the reception to follow. *Please remember this is a mid-July wedding and it will be hot! Plan and Dress accordingly for your comfort. Paper fans will be provided upon entry.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

If you were given a plus one it will say their name with yours when you RSVP on this website, or it will just say +1. If you did not receive a plus one and would like to request one, kindly reach out to the Maid of Honor as soon as possible, providing your guest's name and relationship. *Do not bring extra guests without approval, our caterer will not be able to provide the correct amount of plates without a prior heads-up!

Are children allowed?

Answer

Yes! We love your kids just as much as we love you and we are beyond thrilled to include them! Children are welcome to join both our ceremony and reception. We kindly ask that parents keep an eye on their little ones and remind them to bring their best behavior to help us all have a fantastic celebration together. *Our ceremony takes place on a hill and can be viewed from the reception barn. If your littles are giving you a hard time during our ceremony, we kindly ask that you step away with them.

Is there a bar?

Answer

We are having a BYOB wedding. There will be a place for coolers if you wish to bring one, these must be placed in our designated spot at the venue. There will be a His and Hers drink option during cocktail hour after the ceremony.

When should I arrive at your wedding for ceremony?

Answer

You may arrive at our venue anytime AFTER 2:30 pm, please seat yourself by 3:15 pm for our 3:30 pm ceremony.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

We are kindly asking our guests to participate in an unplugged CEREMONY. We ask that you silence and put away all devices to be fully present in the moment with us. We have hired a wonderful photographer and we will be sure to share what they capture with you. For the RECEPTION please take all the photos and videos you want, have fun, and be sure to share what you get with us! We have created a hashtag for all social media posts! #2025wymanwedding

When does it end?

Norridgewock Town Ordinance requires all weddings to end by 10:00 pm. At 9:45 pm guests will be directed to exit the barn to allow us to have a private last dance, at this time guests will prepare for The Newlywed send-off. This will occur at approximately 10:00, followed by guest departure. There will not be an after-party.
