Steven and Amber "met" working for a flooring company. Amber worked in a call center in Richmond, VA working directly with installation companies across the US, and Steven worked for one of those installation companies in Massachusetts. Steven would often call Amber to ask random questions and usually the phone calls would last for longer than our bosses would like! Eventually, we moved our conversations off of the work phones and into our real lives. Only one problem - we were 7 states apart. Everyone thought (maybe still thinks..) we were crazy! But the only thing we thought about was how crazy we were about each other. We spent most of our free time on FaceTime which allowed us to truly get to know one another. Finally, Steven visited Amber in VA, and the rest is history. We spent the next 6 months long distance only able to visit every 6 weeks or so. After we found out we were pregnant with our sweet Emmett, Steven made the decision to relocate to Virginia where we have begun to build our life together. Fate brought us together, and we cannot wait to get married!
