Brian found my Hinge profile and decided to like it and leave a comment on my gym pictures. He wrote something like, “You are working hard, impressive.” This compliment did not catch my eye. However, once I read his profile and checked his writing skills, that was impressive. So we started texting/chatting. He tried to date me right away; however, I needed some extra time. Haha. I was looking for red flags. If you are or were a single woman on the dating app scene, you know what I mean. Anyways, our first date lasted more than 5 hours. We bowled (he lost), we had dinner, and we went to the movies. He kept asking me, and I kept saying yes. Well, now you already know how we all are here; he asked and I said yes. He makes me feel safe. He listens to me. He is so patient in so many ways. He is a Jesus follower. I could spend hours writing about how good he is to me; however, let me make this story short. Our story is beautiful, fulfilled with love, respect, kindness, and more. I can’t wait to say yes at the altar.
