Love on the Lake

Lake George has always held a special place in Chapin's heart — it’s where her family has spent years making memories, celebrated milestones, and where her parents were married. Over the years, it became more than just a vacation spot; it became home. Sharing it with Preston was incredibly meaningful, and from his first visit, he understood why. Together, we fell in love with the peacefulness of the lake, the beauty of the mountains, and the sense of faith it brought. It quickly became a place we both cherished — a backdrop not just for family tradition, but for the beginning of our own. Having a destination wedding was not a decision we made lightly. We understood that the travel would limit our guests, but we also could not imagine our marriage beginning anywhere else. From the clear water, surrounded by stunning mountains, amazing boat rides, hikes to heavenly views, unbeatable golf courses and the best ice cream you will ever eat, we knew we wanted to share our favorite place with all of our favorite people. It is the place we feel closest to God, to nature, and to each other. We cannot wait to celebrate our love on the lake with you all!
