Dinner is the first event and doors will be sealed promptly at 6:30PM. Please plan to arrive in DC no later than 5 PM. Coordinate with your host as needed.
The Swints have fronted the cost of all planned activities. The cost per person comes out to $173 and includes Friday night private room dinner & 2 hours of drinks and Saturday supplies including kegs, beer, seltzers, snacks, pizza, and olympic materials. This cost should cover everything for the weekend except transportation to DC, any extracurricular drinks out at bars Friday, and possibly lunch Saturday.
Saturday morning can be for recovery and preparation for the competition. Or, based on interest, there will be an optional Capitol tour, Mall tour, or hike. Additional details will be provided after RSVP responses are received.
Teams will be determined based on appropriate spread of skills. No couples will be on the same team. Teams will be announced prior to the event so that athletes may prioritize maximum patriotism.
Specific events and schedule will be announced Friday but you can expect games that will make you relive your college glory days.
