When do I need to RSVP by?

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

We'll have a shuttle bus to take guests from Hampton Inn Santa Cruz West to the venue. Check out the Travel page for details. There is also parking at the venue if you'd prefer to drive. Please note that the venue may not be accessible via rideshare apps.

Should I bring a gift?

Answer

Nope! Your presence is really the only gift we need. We'll have a card box at the reception and we'd love it if you'd share a fond memory with us instead!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal Our venue is rustic and woodsy. Stiletto heels are not recommended due to the nature of the venue. Summer dresses of any length are great! Jackets and ties are welcome but not required.

Is the wedding outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will be indoors with an outdoor area for cocktail hour and mingling. The reception hall can also be opened up for ample airflow.

What are the COVID-19 precautions?

Answer

We request that you only attend if you are fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Masks are required on the shuttle bus and during the train ride to the ceremony as it is considered public transportation. Masks are otherwise not required, but please feel free to wear one if you would be more comfortable doing so.

What is Roaring Camp?

Answer

Roaring Camp is a historic steam train park located 15 minutes from downtown Santa Cruz. As the park is open to the public until 5pm, you may see other patrons at the venue prior to our train's departure.
