Tasteful costumes or dark colors with masks are encouraged, but not required. We want everyone to be comfortable. The evening may get cool, heaters will be provided. The grounds are uneven, stilettos may be a challenge.
We will be celebrating Samhain as well as our Marriage. Samhain or Sauin is a festival on 1 November marking the end of the harvest season in autumn and beginning of winter or the "darker half" of the year. Samhain is a time when the 'doorways' to the Otherworld open, allowing supernatural beings and the souls of the dead to come into our world, allowing our lost loved ones to be with us on our special day. It is a tradition to wear costumes or masks to confuse bad spirits. We will provide masks for you at the event if you would like to participate and do not have one of your own. We will also be having a memorial table to honor our loved ones who have passed, if you have a loved one you would like to be placed on the memorial table please email Chantique with a photo and a name at chantiquehllc@gmail.com. A full buffet meal, beverages, and a self service bar will be provided. There will also be a dancing. We are very excited to spend this special day with all of you!!
