Our venue location is in Playas de Tijuana. Airbnb has many affordable options in the Playas de Tijuana and Rosarito area.
Travel Note
Flying in to San Diego Airport: 1. You can Uber/Lyft from the San Diego Airport to the San Ysidro Border Crossing. 2. The most affordable option- From the San Diego Airport you can take a free shuttle to the Metro station and take the Blue line to the San Ysidro Border. Instructions: Step 1. Go to baggage claim and exit to the shuttle bus area. (Help desk can point you in the right direction) Step 2. Find the courtesy San Flyer shuttle (passes every 20 minutes). Step 3. Take the flyer to the Old Town Transit Center. You will buy your $2.50 train ticket & take the Blue Line headed to San Ysidro. Step 4. At the San Ysidro stop (last stop for the blue line) you will enter Mexico and show all of your documentation/passport. **At the border crossing you will be asked to show your passport/documentation.** Once in Mexico, you can get a Taxi, Uber, Lyft, or DiDi ride to your Airbnb. Please keep in mind, you may have to turn your phone on and off until your phone connects to a cell tower. You may have to manually select TELCEL after you restart your phone, in some cases it will automatically connect. This could take some time, do not panic, it will eventually work. We recommend saving the address to your airbnb in your phone notes or as a screenshot so that you can access it at all times. If you choose to ride a taxi, make sure that it is a marked taxi.
