WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE TO THE CEREMONY?

Answer

We're so excited to see you at our ceremony, which will begin promptly at 5:00 PM! To ensure everyone is comfortably seated and settled before we start, we kindly ask that you arrive no later than 4:45 PM. Guest seating will begin at 4:30 PM. We also recommend considering traffic and travel time, just to make sure you don't miss a moment of the celebration. We can't wait to share this special day with you!

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

Answer

Due to limited space at our venue, we're unfortunately unable to accommodate plus-ones unless they are specifically named on your invitation. We hope you understand, and we're so excited to celebrate with you!

ARE CHILDREN WELCOME?

Answer

While we love your children, this is an adults-only event. The only children attending will be those in the wedding party. We appreciate your understanding!

CAN WE TAKE PICTURES?

Answer

We're having an unplugged ceremony, and we'd love for you to be fully present with us in the moment as we say 'I do.' We kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony. Our amazing professional photographer and videographer will be capturing every special moment, so please avoid blocking their view. We promise to share the photos and videos with you after the wedding! Once we're announced as wife and wife, feel free to snap as many pictures and videos as you like! Also, pictures are welcome during cocktail hour and throughout the reception.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

We kindly request our guests wear formal black-tie attire to complement our elegant evening celebration. Thank you for honoring our vision! If you have any questions about the dress code, please refer to the 'Dress Code' tab on our website, where you'll find examples. Your presence means the world to us, and we can't wait to celebrate with you!

IS PARKING AVAILABLE?

Answer

Yes, parking is available at the venue.

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?

Answer

Yes! We'll have an open bar, so feel free to raise a glass and celebrate with us throughout the evening. If you plan to drink, please arrange for a designated driver or take an Uber/Lyft. Also, the bartenders will have a tip jar, so make sure to bring a couple of dollars to tip the ladies!

WHEN DO I NEED TO RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than January 23rd. This will ensure we can finalize our arrangements and reserve a spot for you to celebrate with us. After January 23rd we will not be able to accommodate seating, per our venue’s request.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I CANNOT MAKE IT?

Answer

You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "Will NOT Attend" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Attending” but find that you will not make it, Please notify Keyonna or Chantelle as soon as you are aware.
