Please RSVP May 25, 2025
We’re so excited to see you looking your best! For our wedding, the dress code is a mix of cocktail attire and semi-formal. Here’s what that means: For Men: A button-down shirt with slacks is perfect. We love a good accessory like a kukui nut lei. For Women: Think stylish and refined—a dress or a classy jumpsuit would both be beautiful choices. Whatever you decide to wear, we know you’ll look amazing! A few things to keep in mind: Please avoid wearing white, cream, or ivory—those shades are reserved for the bride. We kindly ask guests to avoid shorts and jeans.
Our ceremony will be held outdoors on a grassy lawn. The reception will follow in a nearby covered pavilion.
We’re so excited to celebrate with our closest friends and family! While children are welcome, we kindly ask that only those listed on your invitation attend. Thank you for understanding as we keep our guest list intimate!
We kindly ask guests to arrive between 3:30 PM and 4:10 PM to allow time to be shuttled from the entrance of Waimea to the Upper Meadow, where our ceremony will take place. We plan to begin promptly at 4:30 PM, and we’re so grateful for your timeliness!
Although both the ceremony and reception will be held within Waimea Valley, guests are not permitted to walk to the Upper Meadow ceremony site. All guests will be shuttled from the main entrance to the ceremony—and then back down to the reception afterward. Please note that Waimea Valley remains open to the public until 5:00 PM, so shuttles are the only permitted way to access the ceremony location before then. Thanks for your understanding!
Please arrive between 3:30 and 4:10 PM to allow time for the shuttle to the ceremony site—we’d love to start right on time! The ceremony will be followed by cocktail hour, then dinner and the reception. The evening will come to a close at 10:00 PM.
Yes! We’ll be serving a selection of beer, wine, and signature cocktails during the reception. Please plan accordingly to ensure everyone gets home safely—we want the celebration to be fun and responsible!
If there’s anything we didn’t cover here, feel free to send us a text—we’re happy to help and can’t wait to celebrate with you!
