When should I RSVP by?

You'll need to RSVP by May 15, 2026. Anyone who has not RSVP'd by then will be marked as 'no'.

We kindly ask that you complete the RSVP form on our website to ensure we have your response recorded accurately.

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at any hotels?

Answer

Yes! We have rooms reserved at the Best Western Byron Center, located at 8282 Pfeiffer Farms Dr SW, Byron Center, MI 49315 under the group name "Meines Wedding". Rooms will be available to book until May 18, 2026

Am I allowed a plus one?

Due to limited space, plus one invitations will be limited to those who specifically receive one.

We ask that you wear semi-formal attire, please no jeans or white!

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of free parking at our venue.

Is the venue handicap accessible?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony space is just a short walk from the parking lot, and after the ceremony, there is a golf cart that will take people to the reception space.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors, and the reception will be indoors, and you can spend the cocktail hour either indoors by the bar or outdoors in the courtyard. The ceremony will be taking place in an area with no sidewalks, so please choose your shoes wisely. In the event of rain, the ceremony will be held indoors.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

We recommend you get to the venue at least 30 minutes before the ceremony starts so you can find a seat.

Can I take photos?

Answer

We kindly ask you to keep the ceremony "unplugged" and refrain from taking any photos or videos during the ceremony. We want our guests to be truly in the moment with us on this special day.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, there will be an open bar serving a selection of beer and wine. Don't forget your ID! And please make sure you have a safe way of getting back home.

What time will the reception end?

Answer

Due to township ordinances, music will stop at 11 pm, and the venue must be empty by midnight.
